If you want to relax in front of a good bottle of wine and some delicious cured meats then this is the place to do it. The Osteria is run by young people and serves wine and typical foods that you try and buy. The Osteria's premises have been renovated and it is now tastefully simple but still cosy. It has one or two peculiarities including electric wires hidden in copper snakes, cot mattresses on the benches and star shaped lamps. There is wonderful background music like jazz and fusion, all at a volume that doesn't disturb your conversation. There are plenty of bar snacks and other dishes to go with the wine. There is normally a soup of the day (sausage and potatoes or beans). They also serve cured meats, cheeses (from Norcia) and the unmissable Piadina (a local flat bread) which is perhaps the only particularly local speciality. They serve excellent desserts including various kinds of tarts, baba with Limoncello, chestnuts in golden syrup and other goodies.
