Overview
The small city of Pennabilli with around 3000 inhabitants is placed at 609 meters above the sea and was established after the union of Penna and Billi. It is the religious capital of the province of Montefeltro and since 1700 has been strongly united to Tibet, through a series of activities and the donation of a Tibetan bell.
