A small restaurant with only ten tables, located near Via del Tritone. It was opened in 1964 by Franco, an ex-sailor originally from Naples. The atmosphere and ambiance are simple, but the food is well-worth trying. The freshness and quality of the fish are matters of pride here. All the recipes are tasty, among them the Molluschi, Telline from Brittany, Impepate di Cozze, Linguine in Seppia (in cuttlefish ink). Booking is advisable.
