When this place closed, it was considered the end of 'la dolce vita' in the capital. Its reopening a few years ago was the sign of the rebirth of Via Veneto. Happily frequented by Romans and tourists, in particular the rich and famous, it is a pleasant place to sip an espresso, enjoy a gelato, or just pause for a quick lunch during a working day.
