This is one of the more informal restaurants at the Hilton and among the first to offer a Sunday brunch. The light and elegant rooms on the ground floor are made even more welcoming by luxuriant olive vines that are open to guests during the winter months. During the summer, meals are served beside the splendid swimming pool with a gorgly be mushroom or truffle dishes, while in summer fresh teous view of the city. The interior is welcoming and elegant yet intimate. The service is attentive and friendly and allows every guest to feel at ease. Chef Attilio Barberi changes the menu according to the season. In autumn, there will probabomatoes and basil will form the basis of many dishes. The buffet of starters is enormous and includes some hot dishes. The grilled meat and T-bone steaks are delicious and you can finish with a choice of the desserts. Every Sunday morning, brunch consists of a buffet of fruits and yogurts, seafood and salads, roast meats, desserts and gelato.
