Grazia Deledda, Rome

The restaurant is named after the Sardinian writer and Nobel Prize-winner Grazia Deledda. It's mostly patronized by locals and popular with celebrities and movie stars. The menu focuses on Sardinian specialties and fresh fish of the day. Dishes include a fine selection of pasta dressed with crustacean and fish sauces, among them spaghetti with bottarga which is considered the Sardinian caviar, being made from mullet eggs.
