This restaurant was started as a cultural organization and still organizes theme nights including poetry and theater evenings. The owner is Scandinavian and the restaurant sells typical food from that region as well as local Roman specialties. Expect dishes such as onions and potatoes baked with marinated anchovies and sour cream, or salmon and delicious sweet and sour herrings with an apple dressing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a warm atmosphere with many wood and Nordic decorations that are a constant reminder of its Swedish owner. There is often live music, playing blues, jazz and cover versions.
