Overview
The Teatro del Centro opened its doors in 1985 and has been fundamental in the Centro di Educazione Permanente alle Arti e all'Artigianato of Rome. In its first years, it was not very profitable and the facilities were quite lacking. Renovated in the summer of 1998, today it is the official seat of the Compagnia Emanuele Giglio, which has revitalized the theatre's performance program.
