[tidirò] is a vegetarian-macrobiotic restaurant in Trastevere and much more! Their menu features the usual selection of crisp salads, though patrons can also indulge in a variety of quiches, pasta or gnocchi made of different cereals, and many other vegetarian dishes like savory millet, spelt and legumes galore! As for beverages, try their birra cruda , an artisanally-produced raw, un-pasteurized beer. Or you can just have a slice of cake made without eggs and butter while sipping meditation wines—the Sicilian ones are very good!
