Overview
The museum in the Basilica dell'Osservanza is dedicated to Father Aurelio Castelli. It holds items from the basilica and monastery annexe. The miniatures by Francesco di Giorgio Martini for works by Alberto Magno and Frate Alfonso are particularly interesting. The museum stands next to the Basilica dell'Osservanza built in the 15th Century on the site of a 12th-century Hermitage. It was rebuilt in 1949 using the original materials. Admission: Free.
