Caval d'Brons, Turin

Here you will taste the highest Turin cuisine: fonduta (the delicious egg and cheese cream to be served very warm with grated truffle), Carrù beef prepared in different ways, recipes based upon peppers, asparagus, anchovies, cheeses and, to end up in glory, desserts made with the finest chocolate-a paradise for the dessert lovers! The wines are good wines, especially the red ones. Reservations are necessary.
