Overview
Cavallerizza Reale was a historical site created during the seventeenth century to serve as a riding ground for the royal family. However, later it was converted into an entertainment space and the smaller halls within the venue were given to the Teatro Stabile Torino, a theater company; the Manica Corta is one of them. An intimate space, Manica Corta is well equipped with requisite facilities to stage a play or host cultural events. Besides promoting yet-to-be known artists, the Manica Corta has played an important role in giving the city its stalwart theater personalities.
