Bar da Gino, Venice

Midway between Museo dell'Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Bar da Gino welcomes residents, students of the nearby schools, and tourists alike for the perfect morning jump-start. They serve breakfast with fresh cream or jam filled brioches and small apple pies. Lunch is time for tramezzini, triangular sandwiches of white or dark rye bread with an amazing choice of fillings, from the standard ham and cheese to tuna, chicken, minced crabs, shrimps or vegetarian stuffing.
