This restaurant is situated in the Garda countryside, around 31 kilometers from Verona. The secret of its success is the freshness of the fish it serves up. It is impossible to say what will be on the menu the following day: it all depends on how many of what fish were caught the previous night. You could start with the pike in sauce, followed by the tench risotto, with mussels in brine. For your main course you can have a plate of fish, freshly caught from the lake, including whitefish, sardines, eels and even carp or salmon. For dessert, you could try the pastafrolla with raisins.
