This family run restaurant is on the lakeside at Lazise, 21 kilometers from Verona. It is a little temple to lakeside cookery. Just the buffet itself is a temptation: some 15 different fish and vegetable antipasti. The typical risotto made with tench is absolutely unmissable. It is a classic Lake Garda dish and is prepared here in the best possible way. There are also other tasty first courses, the tagliatelle with carp or the perch with celery shoots. We recommend the grilled eel, it is cooked in slices in the big fireplace. There are both wines from Verona and Lake Garda. In the summer, dinner is served on the shady veranda which faces onto the lake.
