You will recognize the owner of this trattoria at a glance: he usually wears a jacket adorned with around 150 badges representing a variety of clubs and societies: anyone who wants to make friends with him has given him one that he does not have already. The cuisine consists of home-cooked fare, using local ingredients. The first courses include: bigoli in donkey sauce, ravioli with truffles, and gnocchi with Gorgonzola. The second courses include: donkey stew, steak in Amarone (a vintage wine), donkey stew and giant cutlets - all of which will live up to your expectations. As for dessert - the tiramisù is excellent. There is a very good selection of wines - around a hundred different types.
