Bistro Bordo boasts a central downtown location, a modern and upbeat interior and patio in the summertime, and fantastic Italian food featuring pastas, soups, pizzas, and appetizers. Located on the main restaurant row of ulica Chmielna, this place is always packed with locals and tourists alike, enjoying food or a drink with friends in a convivial atmosphere. The only downside is that it tends to be loud and it is quite usual to wait in line for a table. If you are lucky, you may get a seat at the bar where you can enjoy a cocktail or beer while you wait and scan the lively crowd.
