Everest Montanha, Lisbon

Everest Montanha is one of the most well-known Indian and Nepalese restaurants in Lisbon. Its colorful decoration offers visitors a unique atmosphere, almost as if they were transported to some distant Indian location. The service is quite professional, with the additional advantage that most of the staff speaks English as well as Portuguese. The menu presents grilled specialties, chicken dishes, seafood and fish, vegetarian selections, lamb dishes, and Biriyani, the famous basmati rice, served with a choice of main courses. The Everest Mali Kabab, chicken served with special cheese, and the Himalaya Shai Korma, a lamb curry with dry fruits and cheese, are just two of the specialties available. - Mario Borges
