Bia Bar, Dublin

The Bia Bar is located just around the corner from St Stephens Green. The word Bia in Gaelic means “food,” however, this is secondary to your experience here. The bar is two places in one: during weekend days you can relax with cheap pizza (often two-for-one offers) and play board games supplied by the young and friendly staff, while at night a DJs or live music liven up the bar considerably. The décor is modern with high tables at the front, comfortable seating at the back and a fireplace with candlelight to the right of the bar. The crowd is young and trendy but the atmosphere is warm and amicable. The price for drinks is average for the area but the food during the day is well priced and filling.
