The Oak is a long-established bar with an interior featuring elegant mirrors, mosaics and dark wood. While the bar's open plan design means that the Oak runs directly into the trendier Thomas Read's next door, this authentic bar still retains much of its character, and seems to attract a slightly older crowd than its adjacent sister pub.
