Overview

After Alan Parker's film, The Committments, there was a brief flurry of interest in soul on the northside of Dublin. Some years on, and there is still a need for the restorative powers of a funky beat. The mellow sounds and attractive setting of the Clinic make this an obvious place to charge the batteries for the weekend. This Friday night club combines an understated sophistication (that would have horrified some of the Commitments) with a pleasant ambience.
