Els Quatre Gats is more than a hundred years old and is a staple of the Barri Gòtic neighborhood. Once upon a time it served as the hub for Barcelona's creative class and was Picasso’s main haunt. These days it’s a quietly classy (and expensive) restaurant and bar—and a de rigueur stop for any art-inclined tourists. There’s live music there most nights.
