Opened in July 1998, this restaurant has been tastefully decorated, combining rustic and modern elements. There's a small bar in the middle, like an island, from where the aperitifs, beers and a variety of coffees are served. In terms of the cuisine, the philosophy is French but has strong German influences. The food is very varied, bringing together techniques used in haute cuisine and those for home-made dishes. Among the specialities, there is duck breast salad with a raspberry vinaigrette and herring fillets with an apple and herb sauce.
