Drago, Gran Canaria

This restaurant is large and comfortable, decorated in a typical rustic style with wooden tables and a polished service. Its location in the San Gregorio area, right in the centre of the city, has made the restaurant easy to get to and very popular. There is a big variety of dishes to choose from, both in terms of meat and fish, as well as all sorts of traditional Island cuisine. Some good examples are papas arrugadas (potatoes with spicy sauce), ropa vieja (shredded pork), sirloin steak with blackpepper, fresh grilled fish, etc.Opposite the restaurant, Dragos has a large hall for parties, called Drago II, which is suitable for all sorts of celebrations and can hold 550 people.
