In 1998 this small establishment in the port area opened its doors. The decoration is a little cold, although the mosaics with Canarian motifs that hang on the walls liven it up a little. The name comes from a typical Canarian word, enyesque, which means aperitif or tapas Among the dishes that they serve, the locally-grown olives, the fried pork ribs, the papas arrugas (potatoes with spicy sauce), and the octopus in watercress sauce are especially noteworthy.
