Located at the entrance to Las Palmas, this beach, abandoned by the local authorities until the 1990s, is now a place of relaxation for all those seeking peace and quiet, which other beaches lack. The construction of a dike in 1994 made it less dangerous to bathe here but made it a suitable place for beach sports, such as beach football or tennis and surfboarding. It has black sand, and is approximately 800 metres long.
