Overview
The high altar of this church was consecrated before the building work (which began at the end of the 18th Century) was finished. The bell-tower has been altered three times; the last time was in 1956 when one of the four columns around the bell was replaced. The church's main characteristic is its plainness, both inside and out. From the church, you can enjoy excellent views of the valley known as "Pla de Vila" where Ibiza city stands. There are no visiting times as such, but you can visit the church during mass, which is held from M-F at 6p, on Sa at 8:30p and on Su at 5p.
