Plaza (La), Ibiza

This is one of the best French restaurants on the island, and as such, it is also one of the most expensive. It is located in the heart of Santa Gertrudis, a town that has become fashionable in recent years in Ibiza, gradually the town has come to amass a great variety of original bars and restaurants, in spite of the fact that it has a population of less than 1000. La Plaza has an exquisite menu of French dishes prepared with local products, and a few regional dishes thrown in as well. The desserts are exquisite, but the wine list is extremely expensive. In summer, the terrace is quite superb. In the summer they open everyday, while the rest of the year they only open at weekends.
