An atmospheric bar close to Plaza Mayor that offers drinks, tapas, and traditional live music like rumbas and pasodobles. The tapas are excellent, especially the potato omelette and cured Iberian ham. It is also worth trying the sheep's milk cheese, the lacón (baked ham), the callos a la madrileña (tripe in a spicy sauce), and stew with chistorra (a thin spicy sausage). The interior resembles a typical flamenco cueva (cave), with photos of famous patrons on the brick walls and tables made of wood and ceramic tiles.
