This bar is praised by locals as a Sunday must for tapas. It's simple, authentically Spanish, and cheap. The list of tapas is practically endless, and features culinary delights from all over Spain, with a strong focus on meat and fish: try the bacalao a la romana (Roman-style codfish), shrimp, ham croquettes, pulpo a la gallega (Galician-style octopus), or the house specialty torreznos (fried rashers of bacon). Any day of the week (not just Sunday), the Cervecería San Andrés is a great place to enjoy a well-pulled beer amidst the La Latina crowds.
