El Mercado de la Reina, or "The Queen's Market," is an upscale dining experience that doesn't cost a pretty penny. Start the meal off with one of their superb starters, like the pumpkin orange soup or the crunchy leek soup sprinkled with Iberian ham. For the main course, try a classic dish of suckling lamb with market fresh potatoes, or get something with a South American twist: the ribs served with chimichurri (a green sauce) and potatoes are particularly mouth-watering. The deserts are delectable: try the red currant ice cream topped with caramel and chocolate.
