Spanish gastronomy has evolved to a new, bright way of understanding traditional dishes. Chef Miguel A. de la Cruz, has created imaginative recipes based in classic products from Spain. The restaurant decoration stands out, surrounded by a very different, historical Madrid. It is a colorful place with a good combination of lights, creating a nice and clean atmosphere. They recommend their huevos rotos sobre chanquetes and roasted lamb with black beer and honey sauce. But if you like chocolate, don't forget to ask for this delicious dessert: Marquesa de Chocolate.
