This quaint, underground restaurant is famous for its "tostas" and its selection of Spanish and international cheeses. Try their cured Gouda, Gruyere, smoked Herreño, or pure sheep's cheese from Castilla La Mancha. Other local favorites include the dish featuring clams with haricot beans as well as the tapa with green tomatoes and goat cheese. The rough wooden tables and exposed brick create the sensation of being in some sort of Spanish dungeon, where the delicious red wine overfloweth and the diners seem happy just to exist.
