Overview
Sculptor and architect Guillermo Sagrera built the famous Gothic building known as La Lonja, also known as Sa Llotja, between the years 1420 and 1452. Originally constructed to serve as a market place, the structure represents the economical and historical importance of trade in the city. Gargoyles and Archangels hang brilliantly from the exterior walls while the interior is still visited for its slim columns and expert design. Call for more information.
