The theater was built upon an old 19th Century building, however the sleek avant-guard design of the teater today does not even hint at its humble beginings.  The theater maintains an active schedule with a variety of theatrial productions, dance, and musical acts.  With modern audio/visual equipment, and a comfortable environment, this is one of the best places to see a show on the island.
