Located in an historic building and with marvellous views of the Cantabrian Sea, La Cupula has become a classic venue to try the cuisine from the area. From simple raw materials, chef Ignacio Basurto, produces elaborate dishes, which are creative and modern but with traditional touches. In addition to the main dining area that can hold 68 people, the restaurant also has five private dining rooms. In this charming and sophisticated atmosphere you can savour some of its dishes, like duck magret roasted in rosemary honey with baked apple, or sirloin steak with duck liver in a truffle sauce. The wine cellar offers a fine selection. The house red is Rioja Campillo.
