This restaurant is decorated entirely with bullfighting memorabilia: a bull's head, bullfight posters, swords and the barbed spikes used to wound the bull (banderillas). It's like a little museum dedicated to the art and it's located just outside the old city walls, about 200m from the busy Puerta de Bisagra. Modern and traditional cooking methods and recipes are combined in a menu that explores the interesting region cuisine. The oven-roasted meats, oxtail stews, rich and refreshing salads and savoury game dishes are best complimented by local wines from Castilla-La Mancha.
