Overview
This charming small theatre is owned by the Valencian government and can seat 400. It is dedicated entirely to programs for children and families. Many of the shows they put on are their own creations which are very high quality. They will also bring in other companies from around Spain for special festivals and events. During the week school groups come to this theatre and there is a very long waiting list. It is only open to the general public on Sundays. Courses in acting are also offered at Teatro Escalante.
