From its location behind the Plaza del Pilar, with balconies over the Ebro River, this restaurant is very pleasant on summer nights, you can see the floodlit basilica, wallowing in all its impressive charm. Ricardo Carbó offers four different menus, plus a sampler menu. The crisp aubergine milhojas (flaky pastry), cod with burnt garlic and the "carpaccio" are all recommended. He recommends Vero (Somontano) wines. For dessert a surprising and delicious white chocolate crocanti with turrón ice-cream, and yoghurt and chocolate pie, are a pure delight. Tourists and night-birds are regulars.
