Elíseos, Zaragoza

This restaurant is housed in an art-decó building, right in Aragón Square. It's a classic in town both for its decoration and for the long time it has been offering "dishes to make you faint", as they say, prepared according to what's best at the market: piquillo peppers (spicy red peppers) stuffed with black pudding and mushrooms, cabbage salad with duck ham or cod on green pepper juice. Their daily menu is one of the most renowned in town, and it changes every day. The wine list includes D.O. wines. Also, this is a favorite amongst Zaragozans for wedding celebrations.
