Espejo, Zaragoza

This restaurant is popular among Zaragoza's intellectuals, and the decoration is almost conceptual, including paintings for sale. The tables outside are very pleasant for having dinner in the summer with a view to Pilar Square. One of this restaurant's successes is its menu for business people, but the main menu contains dishes notorious for the quality and care put into them, like goat cheese mousse with king prawns and peppers, marinated salmon ravioli with fresh cheese, foie-gras sauteéd with vegetables, mushrooms and vinaigrette. The recommended wine is Montesierra.
