As for the desserts, there are nice surprises like Idiazabal cheesecake with walnuts. If you bring your date to a meal like this and order a bottle of aged Enate, you can do nothing but impress. The owner, José María, has achieved the perfect balance of refinement and craft, together with reasonable prices.
