A typical Aragonese bodega (wine cellar) located in the old part of town, near El Pilar Cathedral and La Seo Cathedral, decorated with pottery and copper implements on stone and whitewashed walls. Frequented by tourists and regular customers who enjoy the specialties of Aragonese cooking: white bean stew with chorizo, garlic soup, pork and lambjoints, etc. They have a large grill and a firewood oven where in sight of the customers they prepare roast lamb with potatoes or baked hake.
