This wine cellar near El Pilar Cathedral is located in one of the city's most characteristic squares. There is regional flavour in the decor as well as the dishes, the most sensational of which are the following: shepherd-style migas (fried bread crumbs with grapes and other ingredients), cod-flake salad with sweet red peppers, grilled ox-steak, roast lamb with potatoes and sea-bass. Their good work earned them the Santa Marta prize for 1998. They recommend Somontano wines and sangría to accompany you meal.
