This restaurant specializes in fresh dishes and grilled meat. It owes its name to a beautiful 16th century weather-vane, a feature of the decoration. It's a meeting place for people in the car business, and it combines good cuisine with pleasant tertulias (conversations) about cars, motorbikes and especially "off roads". From their specialities we should mention piquillo peppers (spicy red peppers) stuffed with monkfish, warm partridge salad, grilled sirloin and grilled lamb filets. For dessert they recommend rum custard. From the cellar we may choose from among a selection of DO wines: Borja, Somontano and Rioja.
