The food is expensive, suitable for businessmen with expenses accounts. But Fond is a definite must for someone with a lot of money to spend and an interest in gourmet cooking. The dining hall is modern with a typical Scandinavian design, the eating area is non-smoking and the guests command a majestic view of Gothenburg's pride, the Avenue.
