Step into Grill and you instantly feel at home. Soothing drapes, lounge chairs and comfy sofas scattered around, only add to that feeling. The space, designed to resemble ten separate living rooms, has a classic gilt-framed mirror section adorned with pink-brocade, as well as a minimalist contemporary area done up in blue and cream. The food, from meat to bread, vegetables and fruit, is all grilled; either on charcoal, rotisserie, smoke, Korean-style table grill, or in a brick oven. Try the charcoal-grilled sirloin steak or lobster Côte d'Azur with rouille and salad. You may also be tempted to sample the smoked brisket of beef Gibson BBQ and the monkfish grill skewer. If you can hold another bite, try sharing one of their grilled desserts like the chocolate gateau with banana ice cream and passion fruit. Prices are relatively high, but no one's complaining; Grill's worth every krona you shell out.
