Overview
Sofia Church, built between 1902-1906 atop Vita Bergen, has a stunning view over Stockholm. Between 1948-51, the church was refurbished and a new altar was built. The latest restoration, carried out in 1982-83, gave the church its old look. The beautiful stained-glass work is by Olle Hertzberg. Morning services are held every Sunday at 11am, Intercession Mass at 12 on every Wednesday and evening services every Thursday at 6.30pm.
