The historic wine cellar at Scheelegatan 3 has been converted into a beautiful wine and cheese bar where patrons can taste over 140 different varieties of gourmet cheeses. The sommeliers at this establishment hand pick four varieties of wine and expertly pair them with four varieties of complementing cheese for each tasting booked. This gem of a restaurant is somewhat hidden, you have to walk down the side of a building and down the stairs to get to the cellar area.
