Overview
Located in a narrow pedestrian street in the center of town, the Carnivor du Centre restaurant is known for its excellent spit-roasted chicken and lamb served with salad, French fries and vegetables. The restaurant is on two levels and has several small sections. There are old stone walls and it is quite dark inside except for the small winter garden up front, which in summer becomes a very pleasant terrace. Other than the specialty of the house, there is a wide selection of meat and fish dishes available, as well as salads. The food and service are generally very good.
